My business was originally created to help others enjoy cheering as much as I always have, without the pressure of competition.

I aim to deliver quality instruction to students in a non-competitive, positive learning environment.  The goal is for students to have a fabulous time while building confidence and developing skills that will benefit them in any sport they choose in the future.

Cheer Bliss offers group classes, private lessons as well as summer camps and custom clinics.  I cater to individuals, schools and other cheer groups who are looking to improve skills, are getting ready for try-outs and camp, or an upcoming competition.

I am a former varsity cheerleader from the University of Texas Austin. As a Longhorn I cheered on the co-ed squad for football, men's and women's basketball, and women’s volleyball for four years.  During my summer breaks I taught cheerleading camps through the National Cheerleading Association (NCA).  I also worked at a gym in Sugar Land, Texas teaching cheer and tumbling skills to preschool to high school age students.  I served as a judge for various school try-outs while continuing my education.   After receiving my Bachelors degree in Psychology, I enjoyed over a decade of work in the Human Resources field.

 

My passion has always been for cheerleading, tumbling, stunting and getting crowds involved in a game, but also teaching others how to do the same while having a fabulous time.  I enjoy volunteering at my children's schools and donating my time to charitable events as well as photography, scrapbooking, travelling and decorating.

 

I have enjoyed being an Austinite since 1993.  Hook'em Horns!
